DynaFlex Marks 10 Years and Highlights Strategic Relationship with Pegatron
October 13, 2026

Across four specialized sites in California and Taiwan, DynaFlex combines advanced catheter materials, engineering and manufacturing to provide a scalable path from development through commercialization.
IRVINE, Calif. — October 13, 2026 — DynaFlex Technologies is marking its 10th anniversary by highlighting the growth of its specialized catheter materials, architecture and manufacturing platform, together with its strategic relationship with Pegatron.
Founded in 2016, DynaFlex has grown from a catheter-focused engineering and manufacturing company into a four-site platform spanning California and Taiwan. Its capabilities bring together materials science, advanced polymer extrusion, catheter architecture, product development and commercial manufacturing to help interventional-device teams move from concept through commercialization.
Pegatron Group-affiliated entities became long-term shareholders in DynaFlex in late 2022. Since then, the relationship has provided DynaFlex with access to Pegatron’s experience in global manufacturing, management, automation, advanced manufacturing systems and supply-chain strategy. The relationship combines Pegatron’s operational scale and manufacturing discipline with DynaFlex’s specialized focus on advanced interventional devices.
“The collaboration between Pegatron and DynaFlex goes beyond an investment relationship; it represents a joint development and mutual support between the Pegatron Group and DynaFlex in the medical device industry,”
Eric Chang
Business Unit Vice President at Pegatron
Pegatron ranked No. 459 on the 2026 Fortune Global 500, reporting approximately US$35.9 billion in annual revenue.
Materials Science, Catheter Architecture and Manufacturing Execution
Many catheter designs continue to rely on established materials and conventional construction methods. DynaFlex is applying materials science alongside catheter engineering to expand the performance, manufacturability and supply-chain options available to device developers from the beginning of a program.
DynaFlex’s materials platform includes EverGlide+ and EverGlide-Dyna, PFAS-free liner and polymer-jacket technologies developed to expand design and manufacturing options for advanced catheter systems. Together with DynaFlex’s extrusion and catheter-development capabilities, these technologies allow materials, device architecture and manufacturability to be considered as an integrated system earlier in development.
“The fundamental building blocks of a catheter have not changed enough. Over the last 10 years, we have worked directly with device engineers and physician innovators to solve the difficult parts—materials, catheter architecture and manufacturing execution. We build design for manufacturability into programs early, so a strong concept can become a reliable product and, ultimately, a scalable commercial manufacturing process.”

A Practical Global Path to Scale

DynaFlex operates four specialized sites: the FastTrack Innovation Lab in Fremont, California; Polymer Solutions in Yorba Linda, California; Catheter Solutions in Irvine, California; and its Taiwan Commercial Manufacturing Center.
This United States–Taiwan operating model is designed to preserve technical continuity from early development through commercial transfer while giving customers additional options for scalable production, cost management and supply-chain diversification.
As DynaFlex expands, the company is drawing on manufacturing and management expertise from its relationship with Pegatron to strengthen automation, quality systems, operational scalability and global supply-chain resilience.
“We are not trying to become a general-purpose contract manufacturer,” Lin said. “We focus on difficult catheter and interventional-device problems where materials science, device architecture and manufacturing execution must work together. That focus is what enables us to deliver the technical performance, manufacturability and supply-chain flexibility customers need to scale.”
